Plant Powered Pop-Ups

Plant Powered Pop-Ups bring exciting taste-testing events directly to your school, giving students the opportunity to discover delicious plant-based foods in a fun and engaging way. These free events help build enthusiasm for new menu items while showing students that plant-based meals can be both nutritious and satisfying. Whether you're introducing a single recipe or exploring more plant-based options in your cafeteria, a Pop-Up is the perfect first step.

How it Works

Our team partners with your school nutrition staff to host a tasting event featuring one or more USDA-compliant plant-based menu items. Students sample the food, share their feedback, and help identify recipes they'd love to see on future menus. We provide the planning, resources, and support - you simply provide the space and help spread the word.

What’s included:

  • Free samples of plant-based nuggets or unbreaded chicken

  • Event planning and coordination, day-of staff to host the Pop-Up, and facilitation of student feedback opportunities.

  • Educational and promotional materials to build excitement and spread awareness for plant-based food options.
